Lote Ladera

Description

Lote Ladera is a parcel on the north side of Sayulita with layered topography that rises from a flat building pad into the hillside. Rather than a slope to overcome, it offers natural tiers that create city views below and jungle canopy above, giving each level of a build a different vantage point. This multi-level character also offers two clear possibilities: build a single home that uses the elevation for stacked living spaces, terraced gardens, and rooftop views, or develop a small condo project where each unit has its own view corridor.
