Benton Ridge

Description

2 hectares with 2 separate build sites, each offering views of Banderas Bay. Ideally located between La Cruz and Punta Mita, and just 1.1 miles from the main highway. This is a great opportunity to create your own project, in the path of progress yet still far enough away to enjoy peaceful surroundings among mature forest. Improvements on the property include a solidly built covered outdoor terrace with a fireplace, kitchen, dining area, living area, and bathroom. Water storage, electricity, and septic improvements were recently completed. A modern trailer with a bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and air conditioning completes the setup for living onsite while designing and building.
