Residence options include 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + flex, 2-bedroom homes with lock-off, and 3-bedroom residences with lock-off, offering the option to rent as one unit or as two separate income streams. The biophilic design prioritizes nature, intimacy, and relaxation.
