ART WALK is designed for a small group of people who are passionate about and respectful of nature and Mexican artistic expression rooted in nature. Inspired by the four elements, ART WALK is a tribute to Mother Earth. The four elements are present throughout the complex and are reflected in the community spaces, creating a sense of harmony and balance throughout the building. By participating in the LEED® program, ART WALK demonstrates its commitment to environmental care and the community where it is being built. ART WALK also welcomes investors through in-house services designed to support rental operations at the lowest cost in the market.
